SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 326 and 327 of Article 21 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Orphans' Court, " be and
they are hereby repealed and that a new section be and it
is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, said new section to be
known as Section 326 and to read as follows:
326. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Talbot
County, hereafter elected or appointed, shall each receive
as compensation such sum as may be fixed by the County
Commissioners of said County, not exceeding six dollars
and fifty cents ($6. 50) for every day's attendance upon the
sessions of said court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.

CHAPTER 75.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
112 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, " sub-
title "Crier, " relating to the salary of the Crier of the
Circuit Court for Talbot County.
SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 112 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Tal-
bot County, " sub-title "Crier, " be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
112., The, Crier of the Circuit Court. for Talbot County
shall be entitled to and receive such compensation, as
may be fixed by the County Commissioners of Talbot
County, not exceeding four dollars for each and every
day he shall be employed as such, which shall be in
full and in lieu of all other allowances; and the
County Commissioners are authorized and directed to levy
annually for his use, on the assessable property of said
