of Reiff's Mennonite Church to be used in accordance with
the fifth item of said Will.

(b) Four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) to the Washing-
ton County, Maryland, and the Franklin County, Pennsyl-
vania, Home Mission Board, Inc..to be used in accordance
with the provisions of the sixth item of said Will.

95. To the bequest of the sum of Two hundred dollars
($200.00) to the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Boonsboro, as contained in the Last Will and Testament
of Catherine R. Kennedy, deceased, recorded in Wills Liber
17, folio 23, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County.

96. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of John Repp, deceased, of record in
Wills Liber 17, folio 26, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Five hundred dollars ($500.00) to the St. Peter's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Clearspring, Maryland,
under the provisions set forth in said Will.

(b) To the bequest of the rest and residue of the estate
to the Washington County Home for Orphan and Friend-
less Children. (

97. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of John Henry Jones, deceased, of
record in Wills Liber 17, folio 45, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
County:

(a) To the gift in the remainder of the estate, after
the death of the life-tenants and other contingencies—
Five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) to the Day Nursery of
Hagerstown—One-third of the remainder to the National
Lutheran Home for the Aged of Washington, D. C.—One-
third of the remainder to the Tressler Orphans' Home,
Loysville, Pennsylvania—One-third of the remainder to
the Washington County Home for Orphans and Friendless
Children of Washington County, Maryland.

98. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Emma K. Martin, deceased, of rec-
ord in Wills Liber 17, folio 59, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:
