Hagerstown.

(d) Fifty dollars ($50.00) to the Hagerstown Day Nur-
sery.

(e) One hundred dollars ($100.00) to the Society for
the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

91. To the bequest of the sum of Three thousand dol-
lars ($3,000.00) to the Trustees of the Salem Reformed
Church of Frostburg, Maryland, as contained in the Last
Will and Testament of John Yungerman, deceased, re-
corded in Wills Liber 16, folio 638, one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County.

92. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Icia F. Swartz, deceased, of record
in Wills Liber 16, folio 661, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a) Fifty dollars to the Washington County Hospital
Association.

(b) One hundred fifty dollars to the Board of County
School Commissioners of Washington County.

(c) To the bequest of the remainder of the estate to
the Washington County Hospital Association, as set forth
in the provisions of the sixth paragraph of said Will, con-
ditionally.

93. To the following bequests contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Susan Brindle, deceased, of record

(a) Five hundred dollars to The Brethrens' Home of
the Church of the Brethren of the Southern District of
