of One Hundred and Twenty-five Dollars; the Station
House Justice at Essex, the sum of One Hundred and Twen-
ty-five Dollars; the Station House Justice at Fullerton, the
sum of One Hundred Dollars; the Station House Justice at
Halethorpe, the sum of Seventy-five Dollars; and the Sta-
tion House Justice at Towson, the sum of One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars; and the said Station House Justices shall
not be permitted to charge any fees in criminal cases or for
the discharge of any duty required of them by law as such
Station House Justices except for the use of the County
Commissioners of Baltimore County; provided that such
Justices may, in civil cases and in all other matters incident
to the office of Justice of the Peace, charge and retain for
their own use such fees for their services as may be allowed
by law.

405. Every Justice of the Peace now appointed, or to
be hereafter appointed under this sub-title shall file with
the County Commissioners of Baltimore County on the first
Wednesday of each and every month an account, verified
by his oath or affirmation, of all fines, forfeitures and pen-
alties imposed by him under the laws of the State and re-
ceived during the preceding month; which said account
shall show the names of the respective defendants, the
Acts of Assembly, provisions of law, or charges under
which said fines, forfeitures and penalties were respectively
imposed, and the amounts paid in each case by the said
respective defendants; and the said Justices of the Peace,
at the time of filing said account, shall pay over to the
County Commissioners the amount of said fines, penalties
and forfeitures so received for the use of the county; and
upon the failure of said Justice of the Peace to account for
and pay over all fines, forfeitures, penalties and costs, as
aforesaid, at the times and in the manner specified herein,
he shall be liable to indictment by the grand jury of Bal-
timore County, and upon conviction shall be fined not less
than twenty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars,
and shall be disqualified from holding his office.

407. The County Commissioners and the State's Attor-
ney of Baltimore County are authorized and empowered to
require at any time any Justice of the Peace of said county
to produce before them his criminal docket for examina-
tion.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1933.
