Section 130A. The action of the County Commissioners
of Baltimore County in expending through the "Trustees
of the Poor" the sum of thirty-six thousand ($36, 000. 00)
dollars during the year 1932 for the relief, support and
maintenance of unemployed, destitute and indigent per-
sons residing in said County from and out of certain sur-
plus funds in the hands of said County Commissioners be
and the same is hereby authorized, ratified and confirmed.
Section 130B. The action of the County Commissioners
of Baltimore County in levying seventy-two thousand
($72, 000. 00) dollars for expenditure (if needed) during
1933 through the "Trustees of the Poor" for the relief,
maintenance and support of unemployed, destitute and in-
digent persons residing in said County be and the same
is hereby authorized, ratified and confirmed.
Section 130C. The County Commissioners of Baltimore
County, when making their county levy for the year 1934,
be and they are hereby authorized, if in their discretion it
shall be necessary, to levy on all the assessable property
within Baltimore County liable to taxation, a sum not to
exceed ninety thousand ($90, 000. 00) dollars, to be ex-
pended (if needed) in the relief, maintenance and support
of unemployed, destitute and indigent persons residing
within the confines of said County.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on and after the first day of June, 1933.

CHAPTER 57.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
233 of Article 16 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Chancery, " sub-title
"Sales, " so as to confer upon executors, administrators
or other personal representatives of a decedent the right
to file a creditors bill for the sale of the real estate of a
decedent in cases where the personal estate of such de-
cedent is insufficient to pay the debts of the estate and
costs of administration.
