of an Itinerant Retail Produce Dealer as in this sub-
title defined, without first having obtained a license so
to do. Written application therefor shall be made to
the Board of County Commissioners on forms prepared
by said Board of County Commissioners. Such appli-
cation shall -contain the name and address of the appli-
cant, and, if the applicant is a firm, the name and ad-
dress of each member of the firm. If the applicant is
a corporation or association, the application shall contain
the names and addresses of its principal officers. The
application shall contain such further information as may
be required by the Board of County Commissioners in
order to inform said Board of County Commissioners fully
as to the nature of the business, the equipment and facili-
ties to be used.
400B. The license fee for each and every cart, wagon,
truck, automobile or other vehicle used in the business
of an Itinerant Retail Produce Dealer, and operated or
propelled along or upon the streets or thoroughfares of
Harford County shall be twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) per
annum, or a portion thereof, for each vehicle, which
amount shall be paid to the Treasurer of Harford County.
Said license shall expire on the first day of January
each year, and shall not be transferable.
The Board of County Commissioners may revoke such
license at any time by notice in writing whenever it shall
appear to the satisfaction of said Board of County Com-
missioners that the licensee has violated the provisions of
this sub-title, or any of the laws of Harford County relat-
ing to the carrying on of the business of an Itinerant Retail
Produce Dealer, or has violated a law of the State of
Maryland, or any law of the County of Harford relating to
the care or sale of food, and has failed to correct same
upon due notice from the Board of County Commissioners.
400C. The term "Itinerant Retail Produce Dealer" for
the purposes of this sub-title shall mean and include any
person, firm, association or corporation without an estab-
lished place of business within the limits of Harford
County, selling or offering for sale, from any cart, wagon,
truck, automobile, or other vehicle, any fruits, vegetables,
garden produce, eggs, cheese, game, veal, pork, mut-
ton, lamb, rabbits or poultry, to any person, firm or corpo-
ration, or to any restaurant, hotel or public institution
within the limits of Harford County; provided, however,
that this sub-title shall not apply to or affect any dealer
