Passed Feb. 6, 1866.	AN ACT for repairing and furnishing the Gover- nor's Mansion.
Appropria- tion	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the sum of six thousand dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated for repair- ing the Government House and out buildings at- tached thereto, and for the purchase of furniture.
Governor authorized to make repairs, &c.	Sec 2. And be it enacted, That the Governor he, and he is hereby authorized to have the Govern- ment House and buildings attached thereto, re- paired and improved in such manner as will in his opinion be most desirable, and also to purchase such furniture as he may deem necessary tor com- fort and convenience, and to draw upon the Trea- surer, upon the warrant of the Comptroller, here- by directed to issue the same for the said sum of six thousand dollars or so much thereof as may be required by the Governor for said purposes.
In force.	Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from and alter its passage.
