CHAPTER 39.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
certain members of the committee on Ways and
Means, of the House of Delegates, and of the
committee on Finance, in the Senate, of eighteen
hundred and sixty -four, for labors performed
and services rendered after the adjournment of
the Legislature, in accordance with the require-
ments of joint resolution, number eleven, as-
sented to March the tenth, eighteen hundred and
sixty-four.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treas-
ury, be and he hereby is directed to draw his war-
rant upon the Treasurer, in favor of the following
persons to pay them for services rendered under
the provisions of joint resolution, number eleven,
assented to March the tenth, eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, to-wit: Archibald Stirling, twelve
dollars; Jacob Tome, twelve dollars; Lewis P,
Fiery, eight dollars; Thomas King Carroll, twen-
ty-four dollars; William J. Jones, twelve dollars;
Albert C. Green, sixteen dollars; George B.
Westcott, sixteen dollars; William Frazier, twen-
ty-four dollars; John S. Tyson, Jr., twelve dol-
lars; William H. Hoffman, twelve dollars.
