No. 165. An Act to empower the County Commissioners of
Queen Anne's county to levy a tax not exceeding sixty thou-
sand dollars, on the taxable property of said county for the
benefit of the Queen Anne's and Kent Railroad.

No. 166. An Act supplementary to an Act to incorporate
the Magnetic Telegraph Company, passed at December ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter thirty-nine.

No. 167. An Act to repeal the forty-third and forty-fourth
sections of article six of the Code of Public Local Laws for
Caroline county, relating to the Circuit Court for said county
and to re-enact the same with amendments thereto.

No. 168. An Act supplementary to an Act entitled, a sup-
plement to the Act entitled an Act to incorporate the Cono-
wingo Bridge Company.

No. 169. An Act to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to levy a tax of one
thousand dollars on the taxable property of said county to
construct a causeway from the firm land to the bridge which
spans Chester river at Crumpton.

No. 170. An Act to authorize the Governor, Comptroller
and Treasurer to dispose of all the bank stocks held by the
State and to invest the proceeds thereof as therein directed.

No. 11, 1. An Act supplementary to an Act entitled, an Act
to incorporate the Baltimore and Cuba Smelting and Mining
Company, passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
forty-four.

No. 1"72. An Act to incorporate the Washington and Point
Lookout Railroad Company.

No. 173. An Act to incorporate the Chesapeake Bay and
Potomac River Tide Water Canal Company.
