AN ACT supplementary to the Act of eighteen
hundred and sixty-five, chapter two hundred
and three, making an additional appropriation
to the Antietam National Cemetery.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted Ly the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of eight thousand dol-
lars, in addition to that appropriated by the act of
which this is a supplement, be and the same is
hereby appropriated for the purpose of removing
the dead to, and of enclosing, laying off, orna-
menting and completing the work already began,
and in progress on the Antietam National Ceme-
tery in Washington county.

Sec 2. And be it enacted, That the sum hereby
appropriated shall be subject to the same order and
be paid out of the Treasury in the same manner
and upon the same limitations that are prescribed
in the thirteenth section of the Act of eighteen
hundred and sixty-five, chapter two hundred and
three, and to which this is a supplement.
