or ballots as now required, and in the manner pre-
scribed by law for the April and October Terms of
said Circuit county, which persons so drawn shall
serve as Jurors at and be summoned to the January
Terms of said Circuit Court, in accordance with
the provisions of chapter eleven of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at January
session, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

AN ACT to authorize the Judges of the Orphans'
Courts, in the several counties, who had charge
of the Free School Fund, to pay out of any mo-
ney in their hands belonging to the said fund,
to the present Register of Wills, or late Regis-
ters of Wills, under the Constitution of eighteen
hundred and fifty-one, for their services a rea-
sonable compensation in preserving and keeping
the School Fund from eighteen hundred and
fifty-one to the present time.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Judges of the Orphans'
Courts in the several counties who had charge of
the Free School Fund, be and they are hereby au-
thorised to pay out of any money in their hands be-
longing to the said fund, to the present Registers of
Wills, or the late Registers of Wills under the
Constitution of eighteen hundred and fifty -one, for
their services a reasonable compensation in preserv-
ing and keeping the School Fund from eighteen
hundred and fifty -one to the present time.
