CHAPTER 107.

AN ACT to authorize Mrs. Eliza Martin to settle
her account as guardian to John Gibson, and to
deliver over the estate to her said ward.

Passed Feb.
8, 1866

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Eliza Martin guardian to John
Gibson, a minor, he and she is hereby authorized
to pass her final account as guardian, before the
Orphans' Court of Calvert county, and to pay over
and deliver to the said John Gibson, all property
and money that may be due to him in the said final
account, and to take his receipt for the same, which
shall be acknowledged and recorded in the office of
Register of Wills of the said county, and have the
same effect as if the same was executed by a person
of full age.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said court in
making said settlement and passing said account
shall allow the said Eliza Martin for all monies
bona fide paid by her to and for the use of the said
John Gibson, and for liabilities assumed and en-
tered into by her for his account up to the time of

said court shall deem the same reasonable.

Proviso,

Sec. 3. And fie it enacted, That from and after
the passage of this act, the said John Gibson shall
be answerable for all debts, contracts and liabili-
ties made and entered into by him, and may sue
and be sued as fully as if he were of lull age.
