CHAPTER 103.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay
R. P. Bayly for printing extra copies of the Con-
stitution of Maryland, by order of this General
Assembly, at its session of eighteen hundred and
sixty-five.

Appropria-
tion.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of two thousand two
hundred and forty-eight dollars, be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of any unappropriated
money in the Treasury, to pay R. P. Bayly the
balance due him for printing extra copies of the
Constitution of Maryland, by order of this Gen-
eral Assembly, at its session of eighteen hundred
and sixty-five.

Treasurer to
pay.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer
upon the warrant of the Comptroller, pay to R. P.
Bayly, or order, the above sum out of any unap-
propriated money in the Treasury.

In force.
|
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 104.
|

AN ACT to prohibiting the issuing of any license
for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors
within three miles of either of the churches in,
the village of Wolfsville, Frederick county,
Maryland, and to prevent the sale of all kinds of
intoxicating drinks within the above described
limits.

of Maryland, That the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Frederick county, Maryland, shall not grant a
