SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General
|

last will and testament of Thomas Butler, late of

AN ACT to repeal chapter three hundred and

seventy-three of the acts passed January session,
|

eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled " An Act

to repeal and re-enact chapter four hundred and
|
 
|
thirty-nine of the acts of eighteen hundred and
|
 
|
seventy-four, entitled ' An Act to regulate the
|
 
|
issuing licenses for the sale of spirituous and fer-
|
 
|
mented liquors in this State,' " and to re-enact
|
 
|
the same with amendments.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That chapter three hundred and
|
 
|
seventy-three of the acts passed January session,
|
 
|
eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled " An Act to
|
 
|
repeal and re-enact chapter four hundred and thirty-
|

SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this

act it shall not be lawful for the clerks of Circuit

Courts of this State to issue any license for the sale

of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer to
