empowered to issue license for one year from the

first day of May, eighteen hundred and eighty-two,
|

for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or
|
 
|
lager beer in said county, to R.. F. Willett, upon his
|

filing with the said clerk, with his application, a

mendation.

constituted the grand jury at the November term,

eighteen hundred and eighty-one, of said court,

recommending the granting of said license, with an

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts, and parts
