AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

Joseph B. Fryer, Collector of State Taxes in the

Sixth District of Cecil county, the amount over-

paid by him into the State Treasury.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted fry the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of this
|
 
|
State be and he is hereby authorized and directed
|
 
|
to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer of this State
|
 
|
to pay to Joseph B. Pryer, of Cecil county, the sum
|
 
|
of eighty-nine dollars and eighty-one cents, being
|

into the treasury as collector of State taxes for the
