enteen and eight-tenths perches, to a stone planted ;

 

thence south fifty-five and a half degrees west twen-

 

ty perches, to a stone planted; thence north sixty-

 

nine and three-fourths degrees west forty perches, to

 

a stone planted; thence south forty-eight and three-

 

fourths degrees west twenty-four perches, to a stone
