Chapter 484.

AN ACT to repeal an act entitled " An act to pro-

vide for the granting of licenses to brokers in

horses in the city of Baltimore, and to regulate

the mode of carrying on the business of broker-

age in horses in said city," being one of the

acts framed at the session of the Legislature of

Maryland during the session of eighteen hun-

dred and eighty, chapter three hundred and

forty- three.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That an act entitled " An act to pro-
