ty-second, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, that

said fine be remitted; now, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|

of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury
|
 
|
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
|
 
|
issue his warrant upon the Treasurer of this State
|

AN ACT to repeal section one of chapter two hun-

dred and forty-four of the acts passed at the
|
 
|
January session of eighteen hundred and eighty,
|

entitled "An act to regulate fences in the third
|
 
|
election or Vienna district of Dorchester
|
 
|
county," and to re-enact the same with amend-
|
 
|
ments so as to include part of district number
|
 
|
one or the Fork.
|
 
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
|
 
|
That section one of chapter two hundred and
|
 
|
forty-four, entitled "An act to regulate fences in the
|
 
|
third election or Vienna district of Dorchester
|
Repealed and
|
county," be and the same is hereby repealed and
|
re-enacted.

re-enacted so as to include all that part of the first
|
 
|
election or Fork district lying on the west side of
|
 
|
the northwest fork of the Nanticoke river.
