AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amend-

ments section thirty-two of article ninety-three

of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|

" Testamentary Law," as repealed and re-enact-
|
 
|
ed by the act of January session, eighteen hun-
|
 
|
dred and seventy-eight, chapter two hundred
|
 
|
and sixty-eight.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That section thirty-two of article ninety-
|
 
|
three of the Code of Public General Laws, title
|
Repealed and
|
"Testamentary Law," as repealed and re-enacted
|
re-enacted.
|
by the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,

chapter two hundred and sixty-eight, be and the
|

same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
|

read as follows :
|

SEC. 32. If the intestate be a married woman,
|
 
|
and shall leave no child or children or descendants,
|
 
|
all her personal property, including therein all
|
