Chapter 463.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact chapter ninety-
|
|
|
two of the acts passed January session, eighteen
|
|
|
hundred and seventy, entitled " An act to repeal
|
|
|
section forty-three, article sixty-one, of the Code
|
|
|
of Public General Laws," title "Mechanics
|
|
|
Lien," and to re-enact the same with amend-
|
|
|
ments.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
of Maryland, That chapter ninety-two of the acts
|
|
|
passed January session, eighteen hundred and
|
|
|
seventy, entitled " An act to repeal section forty-
|
|
Repealed and
|
three, article sixty-one, of the Code of Public
|
|
re-enacted.
|
General Laws," title " Mechanics Lien,'" and
|
|
|
to re-enact the same with amendments, be and the
|
|
|
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
|
|
|
read as follows:
|
|
|
43. The provisions of the preceding sections of
|
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
