Chapter 460.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners

of Cecil county to refund to Ann E. R. Bennett

certain sums of money erroneously paid into

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of

imburse Benjamin F. Cronine, late Collector of

Taxes in second election district of Harford

county, for taxes erroneously paid into the

of Maryland, That the Comptroller of this State

be and is hereby authorized and directed to

issue his warrant upon the Treasurer of this State

to pay Benjamin F. Cronine, of Harford county,
