For porterage, postage, freight and other inci-

 

dental expenses of the State Library, five hundred

 

dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for

 

the augmentation of the State Library, two thousand

necessary; to the State Librarian, for the distribu-

 

tion of the Maryland Reports, for the year eighteen

 

hundred and eighty-four, two hundred dollars, or

 

so much thereof as may be necessary; for the post-
