AN ACT to extend the powers of the bailiff of

the town of St. Michaels, in Talbot county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the bailiff of the town of St.
|
 
|
Michaels, in Talbot county, be authorized and
|
 
|
empowered to act as a conservator of the peace in
|
 
|
any part of said county to execute all criminal
|
