Chapter 37.

 

AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and six-

 

teen of the Acts of the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, passed at the January session, eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-eight, entitled " An Act to

 

Remove all Gates from the Main Public Roads of

 

Anne Arundel county," and to re-enact the same

 

with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That chapter two hundred and

 

sixteen of the Acts of the General Assembly of

Repealed and

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after

 

the first day of January, eighteen hundred and

 

eighty-three, it shall not be lawful for any person,
