SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State

AN ACT to repeal section forty of article thirty of

 

the Code of Public General Laws, title " Crimes

 

and Punishments," and section forty-two of said

 

article thirty, as enacted by chapter fifty-six of

 

the acts of the General Assembly, passed at the

 

January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,

 

and to substitute new sections in lieu thereof.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
