AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and thirty-

 

seven of the acts passed at the January session,

Public Local Laws," entitled "Allegany County,"

 

sub-title " Fences," and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and

 

thirty-seven (137) of the acts of the General Assem-

 

bly, January session, eighteen hundred and seventy,

(1870) entitled "An act to repeal section sixty-nine

re-enacted.

tled "Allegany county," sub-title " Fences," and to

 

re-enact the same with amendments, be repealed,
