Chapter 431.

 

AN ACT to pay to G. W. L. Buckler, of St. Mary's

 

county, the sum of twenty-eight dollars and sev-

 

enty-six cents, for taxes erroneously paid into the

 

Treasury of the State.

 

SECTION 1. WHEREAS G. W. L. Buckler, of St.

 

Mary's county, has paid to the Treasury of the

 

State of Maryland, through the hands of R, King

 

Clark, Collector of State taxes for St. Mary's coun-

 

ty, the sum of twenty-eight dollars and seventy-six

 

cents, said sum being the amount of State tax on

 

the sum of fifteen hundred dollars for the years
