of the acts of the General Assembly of eighteen

 

hundred and eighty, entitled " An act to fix the

 

compensation of the sheriff of Montgomery coun-

 

ty for keeping and boarding prisoners committed

 

to the jail of said county."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section one of chapter three

 

hundred and eighteen of the acts of the General

 

Assembly of eighteen hundred and eighty, entitled

Repealed and

"An act to fix the compensation of the sheriff of

re- enacted.

Montgomery county for keeping and boarding pris-

 

oners committed to the jail of said county," he and

 

the same is hereby repealed and re-en acted so as to
