Chapter 31.

 

AN ACT to change the name of Offutt's Cross

 

Roads, in the tenth election district of Mont-

 

gomery county, to Potomac.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the name of the village of

 

Offutt's Cross Roads, in the tenth election district

of Montgomery county, be and the same is hereby

 

changed to Potomac.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

Chapter 32.

 

AN ACT to change the Dividing Line between

 

the Third and Sixth Election Districts of Mont-

 

gomery county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the territory embraced

 

within the following metes and bounds, to wit : Be-

 

ginning at the mouth of Great Seneca creek; thence

 

up and with said Great Seneca creek to the mouth

 

of Dry Seneca creek; thence up and with said Dry

 

Seneca creek to the mouth of Half-Way branch ;

 

thence up and with said Half-Way branch until the

 

same is crossed by the line dividing the farms of
