Chapter 418.

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction of the

General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest to

the trustees of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran

Church of Smithsburg, Washington county, Mary-

land, contained in the last will and testament of

Hannah Shank, late of said county, deceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That, the sanction of the General

Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby

given to the bequest to the trustees of Trinity

Evangelical Lutheran Church of Smithsburg, Wash-
ington county, Maryland, contained in the last will

county, deceased, said will having been duly admit-

ted to probate on the fifth day of July, in the year

of our Lord eighteen hundred and eighty-one, and

recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of

said county.

Chapter 419.

AN ACT to amend the act incorporating the Balti-

more Corn and Flour Exchange, passed the thirty-

first of March, 1870, chapter 136, by authorizing

said corporation to create, administer and apply

a fund for the benefit of the widows and families

of deceased members of the same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the Baltimore Corn and

Flour Exchange, incorporated by the act of the

General Assembly of 1870, chapter 136, be and the

beneficial purposes set forth in the title of this act,

by assessing upon and collecting from all persons
