order of the Governor, in compliance with acts of

 

eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter three

 

hundred and seventy-seven, sub-chapter twelve,

 

section eleven.

 

SECTION 3. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

 

Treasury be and he is hereby requested and directed

 

to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay

dollars, in full payment of their bill for paper furn-

 

ished, and for printing, binding and distributing
