amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
|
of Maryland, That section one hundred and thir-
|
 
|
|
teen of article eight of the Code of Public Local
|
 
|
|
laws, title " Cecil County," sub-title, " Justices of
|
 
|
|
the Peace and Constables," as amended and re-en-
|

passed at January session, eighteen hundred and

eighty, be and the same is hereby repealed and

amended, and re-enacted as amended, so as to read

SECTION 113. There shall be the following number

of justices of the peace and constables for Cecil
|

county: For each of the election districts, number
