Chapter 412.

 

AN ACT to transfer the Armory Lot at Easton,

 

Maryland, belonging to the State, with the build-

 

ings thereon, to the Commissioners of Talbot

 

county, for the use of said county.

 

WHEREAS the armory at Easton has ceased to be

 

used as a depository of public arms, and is no

 

longer occupied by the State for any purpose, article

 

eight of the Code of Public General Laws, title

the said lot is situate on the public square in the

 

town of Easton, owned by Talbot county, whereon

 

the court house, jail and other buildings of said

 

county are erected —

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the armory lot in the town
