title "Sheriff," as the same was repealed and

|

re-enacted by the acts of eighteen hundred and
|
|
 
|
eighty, chapter three hundred and thirty-one.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section one hundred and ninety-
|
|
 
|
four of article two of the Code of Public Local
|
|
 
|
Laws, title "Anne Arundel county," sub-title
|
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
"Sheriff," as the same was repealed and re-en-
|
|
 
|
acted by the acts of eighteen hundred and eighty,
|
|
 
|
chapter three hundred and thirty-one, be and the
|
|
 
|
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to
|
|
 
|
read as follows :
|
|
 
|
SEC. 194. The Sheriff of Anne Arundel county
|
|
 
|
shall be allowed for keeping and boarding each
|
|
Prisoners
|
prisoner committed to the jail of said county, the
|
|
board.
|
sum of forty cents per day, to be levied and col-
|
|
 
|
lected according to law.
|
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
