Chapter 374.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one of chapter four

 

hundred and seventy-one of the acts of the

 

General Assembly of eighteen hundred and

 

seventy-eight, entitled " An act for the better

 

protection of oysters in the waters of the Pat-

 

uxent river," included within the boundaries of

 

Calvert county and St. Mary's county, between

 

Point Patience and Sheridan's Point, in Calvert

 

county, and Town Point and Long Point, in St.

 

Mary's county, and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That section one of chapter four
