funds of the association, shall be vested in a board

of trustees not appointed by the Baltimore and Ohio

Railroad Company shall be held at the time and

place and in the manner set forth in the constitu-

tion and by-laws of the association, and any vacan-
|
 
|
|
cies occurring in either board shall be filled in the

of the association; any of the employees above men-

tioned, upon subscribing to the constitution and by-

laws of the association, and performing all other

association, shall have the privilege of voting for

members of the committee of management or trus-

tees, as the case may be, either in person or by

proxy.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this association
|
 
|
|
shall have power to sue and be sued, complain and
