Chapter 355.

 

AN ACT to repeal sections one, two, three, four,

 

five and six of article fifty-three of the Code of

 

Public General Laws, title " Landlord and Ten-

 

ant," sub-title " Tenant holding over," and sec-

 

tion two of said article, as repealed and re-

 

enacted by chapter four hundred and fourteen

 

of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-

 

four, and enact the following in lieu thereof.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That sections one, two, three, four,

 

five and six of article fifty-three Code of Public

 

General Laws, title " Landlord and Tenant," sub-

 

title "Tenant holding over," and section two of
