Chapter 345.

 

AN ACT to repeal chapter four hundred and twenty-

 

five of the acts of the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, passed at the January cession, eighteen

 

hundred and seventy-four, entitled "An act to

 

add certain sub-sections to article nineteen of the

 

Code of Public Local Laws, entitled ' Somerset

 

County,' under sub-title ' Licenses,' and to repeal

 

section one hundred and thirty-eight of the said

 

article, entitled ' Somerset County,' under sub-

 

title ' Retailers,' " so far only as said act refers to

 

Fairmount district, number six, therein mentioned,

 

and re-enact the following in lieu thereof, to refer

 

only to Fairmouut district :

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That chapter four hundred and

 

twenty-five of the acts of the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, passed January session, eighteen hundred

 

and seventy-four, entitled " An act to add certain

 

sub-sections to article nineteen of the Code of Pub-

 

lic Local Laws, entitled ' Somerset county,' under

Repealed and

sub-title ' License,' and to repeal section one hundred

re-enacted.

and thirty-eight of said article, entitled ' Somerset

 

county,' under sub-title ' Retailers,' " so far only as

 

said chapter four hundred and twenty-five refers to
