not be bound to take or pay for the land described

 

in the said inquisition, and may also give notice

 

to such owners of the grounds described in sec-

 

tion one of this act, with whom it may have made

 

amicable agreements of purchase, that the said

SEC. 4. And be it farther enacted, That if the

payment of the said money, and the giving of the

 

said promissory note, the said Northern Central

 

Railway Company shall, by a good and sufficient

 

deed, convey to the said Mayor and City Council

 

of Baltimore, in fee simple, clear of all incum-

 

brances, the ground now used by it as its Bolton

 

Depot, and which is comprised within the follow-

 

ing boundaries, that is to say : Bounded on the

 

north by the south side of Dolphin street; on the

 

east by the west side of Cathedral street; on the
