railroad, roads or branches, or sites for the erection

of warehouses or other works necessary or convenient

for said railroad, roads or branches, or for any other
|

purpose necessary or convenient for the construction
|

or repair of the said railroad, roads or branches, or
|
 
|
its works, or for the convenient working of the same ;

rail, take, possess and use any earth, timber, gravel

or stone, or other material which may be wanted

and may make, construct and do all work whatso-

ever which may be deemed by said directors neces-

sary or expedient to the proper completion, repair,

working or operating of said railroad, roads and

branches; and shall also have power to construct
|
