AN ACT to authorize and empower the Trustees

of the Parsonage property in Chestertown of the

Methodist Protestant Church to sell and convey

certain real estate in said town.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That Absalom W. Sparks, John
W. Collins, William B. Usilton, John K. Aldridge
|
 
|
and S. Franklin Smith, trustees of the Methodist
|
 
|
Protestant Parsonage in Chestertown, Kent county,
|
 
|
Maryland, of the Methodist Protestant Church of the
|
Sell and con-

Maryland district, or a majority of them, be and
|
voy.
|
they are hereby fully authorized and empowered
|
 
|
to sell and convey in fee part of said parsonage lot
|
 
|
of land fronting on Fish street, in Chestertown, not
|
 
|
exceeding thirty-six feet front by fifty-six feet deep,
|
 
|
by deed to be executed, acknowledged and recorded
|
 
|
according to law.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
