at the time of her death, as the widow of Major

 

John Courts Jones, a revolutionary officer.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland. That the Treasurer, upon the warrant

 

of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and empow-

 

ered to pay Mrs. Eliza S. Jones the sum of ninety-four

 

dollars and sixty seven cents for arrears of pension,
