AN ACT to pay Mrs. Eliza S. Jones, widow of

John G. Jones, deceased, who was the only child

and heir of Mrs. Dorothy Stover, deceased, the

arrears of pension due the said Dorothy Stover

at the time of her death, as the widow of Major

John Courts Jones, a revolutionary officer.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland. That the Treasurer, upon the warrant

of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and empow-

ered to pay Mrs. Eliza S. Jones the sum of ninety-four

dollars and sixty seven cents for arrears of pension,
