SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That at the next elec-
|

tion to be held in this State for members of the
|
 
|
House of Representatives in the Congress of the
|
 
|
United States, the question of whether or not the
|
 
|
bonds mentioned in this act shall be issued, shall
|
 
|
be submitted to the qualified voters of Garrett
|

county, and that in voting upon said question the
|

words "For issuing school bonds," or "Against

|
issuing school bonds," or words equivalent thereto,
|
 
|
may be written or printed on the ballots voted;
|
 
|
and for the purpose of determining whether or

not a majority of the legal voters voting upon

said question are in favor of issuing said bonds,
|
 
|
the judges of election in said county shall count
|
 
|
and cast up the number of votes in their respective
|
 
|
districts for and against the same, and shall keep
|

when they meet to count up the votes cast for

representative, shall also separately count up and
