AN ACT to authorize George II. Taylor, of Wi-

comico county, to settle his account as guardian
|
 
|
to Lee P. Taylor, of said county, and to deliver
|
 
|
over the estate to said ward.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly of Maryland, That George H. Taylor, of
|
 
|
Wicomico county, guardian to Lee P. Taylor, of
|
 
|
said county, minor, be and he is hereby authorized
|
 
|
to pass his final account as guardian aforesaid be-
|

fore the Orphans' Court of said county, and to pay

over to the said Lee P. Taylor all money that may bo

due on final account, and take his receipt for the
|
 
|
same, which, upon being acknowledged and filed in

shall have the same effect as if executed by a person
