Chapter 380.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Baltimore and Freder-

 

icktown Turnpike Company to remove a certain

 

toll-gate house, situate in the bed of the Balti-

county.

 

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That the Baltimore and Frederick-

 

town Turnpike Company be and they are hereby
