Chapter 380.

AN ACT to authorize the Baltimore and Freder-
|
 
|
icktown Turnpike Company to remove a certain
|
 
|
toll-gate house, situate in the bed of the Balti-
|
 
|
more and Frederick Turnpike, in Baltimore
|
 
|
county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That the Baltimore and Frederick-
|
 
|
town Turnpike Company be and they are hereby
|

the city of Baltimore, and formerly used as the

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said removal shall
|
 
|
take place and be completed in manner aforesaid
|

on or before the first day of June next ensuing,

under a penalty of ten dollars per day for every

collected as all lines and penalties are collected.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the person or

persons owning ground binding on said Frederick
|

road or avenue between said old toll-gate house
|
 
|
and the city limits, be and they are hereby author-
|

ized to have and set curbstones, and to pave foot-

ways, so that they may conform with the footway
|

on said avenue as now regulated within the limits
|
 
|
of the city of Baltimore.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
