LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the

 

treasury be and he is hereby directed to draw his

 

warrant upon the treasurer in favor of the Medairy

Draw warrant.

Lodge of the Order of the Ancient and Free Accepted

 

Masons of Williamsport, Washington county, for the

 

sum of five hundred dollars, to be used by said lodge

 

in erecting a suitable monument to the memory of

 

the late Major Otho H. "Williams.

Chapter 277.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Redemptorists, a body

 

corporate, duly incorporated by acts of the Gen-

 

eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session

 

of the year eighteen hundred and forty-one, chap-

 

ter twenty six, and of the year eighteen hundred

 

and seventy, chapter one hundred and seventy-

 

three, to hold certain land for the purpose of a

 

cemetery, and to prevent the condemnation and

 

opening for public use through the same of any

 

public highways.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the Redemptorists, a body

 

corporate, duly incorporated by acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland, passed at the sessions of

 

the year eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter

 

twenty-six, and of the year eighteen hundred and

 

seventy, chapter one hundred and seventy-three, be
