teen hundred and seventy-two, chapter one hun-

 

dred and eighty-one, and as further amended by

 

the act passed January session, eighteen hundred

 

and seventy-four, chapter one hundred and eight,

 

and as further amended by the act passed January

 

session, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, chap-

 

ter one hundred and ninety-one, and as further

 

amended by the act passed at January session,

 

eighteen hundred and eighty, chapter ninety-

 

eight, and to enact the following section, seventy-

 

one, in lieu of said section twenty-one of article

 

seven of Public Local Laws and the remaining

 

acts above named as amendatory thereof:

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That section twenty one of article

 

seven of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled

 

"Carroll County," sub titled " Justices of the Peace

 

and Constables;" and the act entitled an act to repeal
