AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Mart/land, That the Comptroller be and he

is hereby directed to issue his warrant upon the
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
