the commencement of said session, one-third at

the end thereof, and the balance so soon there-

troller is hereby directed to draw his warrants upon

writing to said Comptroller that up to the time of

granting the said certificates the said printing has

been done and contract performed, as by it called
|

for, up to the said time.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That so much of said
|
 
|
printing as shall be necessary for the General Assem-
|
 
|
bly during its session shall be delivered to the pre-
|
 
|
siding officers of both Houses, and the residue shall

distributed as heretofore; and said contractor shall
|
 
|
deliver to said clerk of the Court of Appealo their

respective receipts for said deliveries.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said clerk of

|
the Court of Appeals shall have and receive the
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That section fourteen of article
|
 
|
thirty-five of the Code of Public General Laws, re-
